What is the function of each switch? On the OLD regulator, the SW1 has position 1 and 2. The OLD regulator was set with the switch positioned to "1". The NEW regulator, the SW1 is set to "2".

He took the panel cover off and said the red light was not on the voltage regulator. So he installed a new one. Still no light.
